Rialto Christmas Parade 2024. Rialto holiday festival & parade 2023 hosted by city of rialto community services department. The parade starts at 10:00 am, and includes marching bands, rialto fire department, rialto police department, cheer squads, community groups and, of course, santa and mrs.
